Compliance is a shared responsibility.
FreeNatoCash is committed to operating responsibly within the evolving regulatory landscape for privacy-enhancing technologies. These rules define the boundaries of acceptable use and the compliance obligations of all users. Violation of these rules may result in immediate and permanent restriction of access. These rules supplement and are incorporated into the Terms of Service.
These Platform Rules ("Rules") establish the standards of conduct, compliance requirements, and enforcement procedures for all users of the FreeNatoCash Protocol and associated services.
These Rules apply to all interactions with the Protocol, including but not limited to: the web application at freenato.com, the desktop application, smart contract interactions, API usage, bridge operations, governance participation, and any future services or features.
These Rules are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and form a binding part of your agreement with FreeNatoCash. Violation of these Rules constitutes a breach of the Terms of Service.
To use the Protocol, you must meet all of the following requirements:
The Protocol is not available to persons or entities located in, citizens of, residents of, incorporated in, or with a registered office in the following jurisdictions:
Using VPNs, Tor, proxies, or any other method to circumvent geographic restrictions is a violation of these Rules and the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to use IP geolocation and other methods to enforce geographic restrictions.
FreeNatoCash is committed to compliance with applicable sanctions regimes. You represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to use publicly available blockchain analytics and other tools to screen transactions and addresses for sanctions compliance. Addresses associated with sanctioned entities may be blocked from interacting with the Protocol.
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate termination of access and may be reported to relevant authorities.
While FreeNatoCash is a non-custodial, decentralized protocol that does not collect personal identifying information, we are committed to preventing the misuse of privacy technology for money laundering purposes.
Our approach:
The Protocol is designed for the following legitimate privacy use cases:
As a user of the Protocol, you are obligated to:
Before accessing protected features of the Protocol, you are required to complete a compliance attestation confirming that you meet all eligibility requirements and agree to all applicable terms.
The compliance attestation requires you to affirm:
The compliance attestation is stored locally in your browser and must be completed on each device. It is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Completing the attestation falsely is a violation of these Rules.
While the Protocol is non-custodial and does not collect personal information, we employ the following measures to enforce these Rules:
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Protocol at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Important: Because the Protocol is non-custodial, suspension of frontend access does not affect your ability to interact directly with the smart contracts. Your funds remain accessible through direct contract interaction at all times.
If you become aware of any violation of these Rules, suspected illegal activity, or security vulnerability, please report it to:
Security & Compliance: [email protected]
Bug Bounty: See our security documentation for responsible disclosure guidelines.
Reports are reviewed confidentially. We do not retaliate against good-faith reporters of potential violations or security vulnerabilities.
FreeNatoCash will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in response to valid legal process, including but not limited to:
Due to the non-custodial and privacy-preserving nature of the Protocol, the information available to provide may be limited. We do not collect personal identifying information and do not store deposit notes or private keys. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is collected.
We reserve the right to modify these Platform Rules at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Protocol after any changes to these Rules constitutes your acceptance of the revised Rules. It is your responsibility to review these Rules periodically for changes.
For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the Protocol interface.
